Rebeka earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist in California with years of experience conducting clinical interviews, diagnostic assessments, and psychotherapy.
Throughout her career, Rebeka has worked with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including immigrant populations, active-duty military personnel, veterans, children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical work has included assessing psychological symptoms related to trauma and differentiating between trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and adjustment disorders using DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
Rebeka also worked with the Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC), where she partnered with schools, families, and community members while providing culturally responsive mental health services to children and adolescents from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Her work included standardized diagnostic tools, clinical assessments, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

In addition to her clinical work, Rebeka serves as an associate professor in the School of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Point Loma Nazarene University, where she teaches psychology and child development courses through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens.
